    Replacement of damaged components

    If the racking system has been badly damaged, you must replace the damaged parts.

    But why do we choose to replace the damaged parts, instead of repairing them?

    Here are the reasons:

    1. If you want to repair the racking system, you would better ask the manufacturer for professional suggestions. Or you may cause secondary damage to the racking.
    2. When maintaining the racking system, it is forbidden to use heating or cold forming. These methods will change the mechanical characteristics of the racking system.
    3. If the parts are badly damaged, they can only be replaced, instead of repaired.
    4. The new component must be the same as the replaced one.


    When repairing the racking system, you must ensure safety.

    1. Unload the industrial racking system before replacing or repairing the damaged parts
    2. For some repair work in high altitudes, ensure that the facilities and platforms are safe enough.

    2. Remove the damaged protector.
    3. Check the anchor bolts for damage and the floor for cracks. If there are damages, you can connect with the manufacturer.

    1. Unload the bays on both sides of the frame.
    2. Unscrew the screw and remove the diagonal that needs to be replaced.
