    Q235 Grade Steel Material (Q235A&Q235B&Q235C&Q235D)

    The racking system from OKE Storage is made of Q235-grade steel. As mild steel without heat treatment, Q235 steel is widely used in China. In the Chinese standard of GB/T 700, Q235 material is divided into four quality grades. They are Q235A, Q235B, Q235C, and Q235D. The steel density is 7.85 grams/cm3. The tensile strength: 370-500 MPa. The yield strength of this steel: 235 MPa. Steel plate thickness is within 16mm.

     

    Benefits and Applications Area

    Q235 steel has excellent plasticity, toughness, and weldability. And it has a certain strength and good cold bending performance. The Q235 steel material is usually used to roll wire type or round type steel, square type steel, flat type steel, angle type steel, i-steel, channel type steel, and more other profiles and plates. They are widely used in construction, industrial, and engineering welding structures, such as making steel bars or building factories, bridges and so on, as well as mechanical parts with less demanding performance.
